Our mission here is very simple.

Think of this forum as a tool that puts a little more power in the hands of you the job applicant. You're already stressed out enough having to spend hours on job posting web sites like Careerbuilder and Monster, sending resumes, making follow up phone calls and overall, trying to impress hiring managers enough to give you a shot at your dream job.

All we're doing is "Secret Shopping" all those corporate hiring managers out there.

Customer Service Technician

Current status in the interview process:
2/13 – Called for one last follow up attempt at setting an interview but because I didn’t have a last name, the secretary would not transfer me to a Human Resources Recruiter. Oh well, win some, you lose some!
2/11 – Called to follow up and tried to setup an interview but was transferred to a recruiter’s voice mail. I could only understand his first name.
2/3 – Found this job posting on Careerbuilder and submitted my resume online

Salary information:
Another job posting I found somewhere else stated that pay ranged from $10 - $12 per hour.
