Our mission here is very simple.

Think of this forum as a tool that puts a little more power in the hands of you the job applicant. You're already stressed out enough having to spend hours on job posting web sites like Careerbuilder and Monster, sending resumes, making follow up phone calls and overall, trying to impress hiring managers enough to give you a shot at your dream job.

All we're doing is "Secret Shopping" all those corporate hiring managers out there.

Position:
Assistant Manager/Service Coordinator

Current status in the interview process:
7/27 – First and only interview with Store Manager. He said that everybody starts out changing tires and advancements are possible as position vacancies occur, which didn’t sound like very often. I never pursued it past this point because the advancement potential just didn’t seem like it was there.
7/25 – called and left follow voice mail to setup interview date and time
7/22 – sent resume online from their web site

Salary information:
Starting at $10.00 per hour
